Group Training

Your trainer and your fellow participants are there to support and assist you throughout your sweat session.

What's included?

The Group Training service provides you:

  • 45 minute training sessions for groups of 2-5

  • Support from your trainer and fellow participants

  • Provides participants with the coaching and motivation needed to reach their goals


What to expect

We hold group training sessions for groups of 2 to 5 persons.  No matter how many participants are in the class, no one will be left behind and will be supported at every step. Every session will have a distinct set of exercises, but generally speaking, we'll concentrate on a range of workouts including dynamic warm-ups, weight training, and intervals. It is advised to show up five minutes early to allow yourselves time to settle in before the session begins.


About the service

Not everyone needs a perfectly tailored fitness and dieting plan to help them improve their fitness and wellness. Join our group training sessions if your main concern is a lack of exercise. We provide group training at different ability levels to keep you comfortable while still pushing you. We are devoted to upholding a welcoming environment where individuals are allowed to express themselves, make mistakes, and gain knowledge as they go along the health path.


Group Training sessions are available for pre-made groups or those interested in meeting like minded participants. Team mentality encourages community growth and no ego, while helping members transform their lifestyle physically and mentally. Both your trainer and your fellow participants are there to support and assist you throughout your entire sweat session. You are much more likely to complete your daily exercise and develop a regular routine if you meet up with workout pals for a sweat session.
