What to expect

Before your first training session, you will book a consultation to ensure it is a fit for you and your trainer. We value communication, honesty, respect, and general vibes are critical. Bottom line: someone might have the qualifications and expertise, but if the vibe isn't a good fit for you, you're out of luck!


After deciding it is a fit, your personal trainer will assess your fitness level, take body measurements, discuss your current workout routine, gather your health history, and define some goals. Following your initial one-on-one personal training session, you will spend each session performing cardio, weight training, flexibility exercises, or other activities based on your objectives.

The 1:1 Personal Training sessions ensure that you reach your goals in the best way possible and at a time and place that is convenient for you. We're here to provide you with the skills and encouragement to become the best version of yourself, whether it's early mornings or late evenings, at your house, a local beach, park, or even at your gym. We will manage you and your programme, assess your methods and development, and encourage you to give your all in every session.
