The Tums Program includes:

  • 45 minute training sessions

  • Target the Rectus abdominis, External and Internal Obliques and the Transverse abdominal muscle

  • Supplementary lifestyle guidance to support you throughout the program

What will you achieve?

Your tummy muscles will be strengthened through training the abdominal muscles. This program also targets overall fat reduction through training cardio, high intensity interval training (HIIT) and/or whole-body exercises.

About the program
